Controls Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer with expertise in robot programming, particularly FANUC robots, to support installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience working on robots (preferably FANUC)
Proficiency in Guard Logic, Factory Talk, DeviceNet, Ethernet
Experience with ALLEN-BRADLEY PLC Ladder Logics
AA or BS Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills:
Evaluating and making recommendations on new FANUC robots
Setting up new programs in ALLEN-BRADLEY
Robot interfacing and documentation
Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise for programming, installation, and maintenance of equipment
Troubleshoot manufacturing/support equipment prioritizing safety
Train and support production and skilled trade team members
Ensure operator safety devices function properly
Perform electrical diagnosis and repairs as needed
Support goals of achieving first-time quality and efficiency
Maintain accurate documentation for shared knowledge of issues and lessons learned
Troubleshoot and train others on identifying root causes of equipment failures
Oversee upgrades and programming changes
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
