Job Description

We are seeking a team of Fusion Technicians to assist in the fabrication and installation of cable assemblies for a clean energy initiative. This unique 12-week opportunity, from mid-May to late October 2024, allows you to contribute to meaningful and impactful projects.

Responsibilities
  • Operate various equipment and tools while keeping the workspace safe, clean, and organized.
  • Perform quality checks.
  • Read and follow technical instructions and drawings.
  • Work 40 hours per week.
  • Work shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Essential Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Capable of following detailed instructions.
  • Physically able to stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds for prolonged periods.
  • Skilled in using measuring and hand tools.
  • Strong focus on attitude and willingness to improve.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in assembly, hand tools, production, mechanical, power tools, wiring, electronic assembly, crimping, cable, blueprint, mechanical assembly, and cable assembly.

Work Environment

Our state-of-the-art facility in Everett, WA, includes a cleanroom and a new warehouse with strict security measures due to the high sensitivity of our projects. The work shift is from Monday to Friday with optional overtime. The first shift is from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and the second shift is from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Bunny suit and gloves are required when in the cleanroom.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40
