Job Description

Helion is on the lookout for a team of individuals to assist in the fabrication and installation of cable assemblies for Polaris. Seize this unique 12-week opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to clean energy initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Operate various equipment and tools while keeping the workspace safe, clean, and organized.

  • Perform quality checks.

  • Read and follow technical instructions and drawings.

  • Work 40 hours per week.

  • Work shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience preferred.

  • Torque wrench proficiency highly preferred (required for weekend shift, not required for weekday).

  • Demonstrated attention to detail.

  • Capable of following detailed instructions.

  • Physically able to stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds for prolonged periods.

  • Skilled in using measuring and hand tools.

  • Strong focus on attitude and willingness to improve.

Work Environment

The new facility is state-of-the-art, featuring a cleanroom and a new warehouse with strict security due to the high sensitivity of the startup. The work environment requires wearing a bunny suit and gloves when in the cleanroom. The address is SW, Everett, WA. Shift options include Monday - Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, or Monday - Thursday from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am.
