Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in San Antonio, Texas. The role entails the comprehensive management of bookkeeping tasks for our organization, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing timely financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial transactions such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Use accounting software systems like Intact and QuickBooks online to accurately post all financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) management.
• Conduct monthly bank account reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Manage the month-end closing process and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Maintain high accuracy in all work produced.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting.
• Perform other bookkeeping duties as assigned by management.• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Computerized Accounting System
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ability to perform all Accounting Functions
• Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Quickbooks Online
• Experience with Sage Intacct software is a plus
