Caseload:K-12th
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will provide emotional, academic, and social support to students, helping them navigate challenges, plan for the future, and foster a positive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write and direct the implementation of therapeutic support plans for students experiencing mental health struggles.
- Provide consultation with all involved parties including family, school, and community members.
- Assess referred students and families for needs and refer to other providers, as needed.
- Provide de-escalation and counseling to students in crisis and emotional distress.
- Offer group and individual counseling, as needed.
- Conduct assessments and design behavior / crisis plans. Design, implement, and monitor behavioral modification plans, as needed.

Qualifications:
