We are seeking an Account Manager for our operations in Blaine, Minnesota, United States. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their complaints. You will also play a pivotal role in coordinating with internal departments to ensure the prompt delivery of our products and services.


Responsibilities:

• Effectively handle a wide range of customer inquiries related to our offerings and transactions

• Manage customer complaints and disputes, ensuring resolution in a detail-oriented manner

• Liaise effectively with internal teams including engineering, procurement, production, quality, sales, and shipping to ensure product delivery timelines are met

• Provide basic technical assistance and support related to our products and services

• Accurately enter order information received via various channels such as phone, email, web portals, and regional sales into the operating system

• Follow up on order details, pricing, and shipping methods as required

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation

• Use Microsoft Office Suite tools proficiently for various tasks

• Balance multiple tasks effectively on a daily basis

• Display excellent interpersonal skills and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Address technical issues and provide solutions

• Utilize Spanish language skills as necessary to deliver customer service.

• Proven experience in answering inbound calls with efficiency and professionalism
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role
• Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in email correspondence, ensuring clear and concise communication
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required
• Experience in order entry and processing
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Office Suites
• Capable of troubleshooting and resolving technical problems independently
• Fluency in Spanish language is a plus
