Job Description

1st shift GPW: (Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm) These positions will be in the Aerospace division of the facility where they manufacture, test and inspect aluminum heat pipes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist machine operator by choosing the correct program and starting the machine.
  • Oversee saw operation process and ensure aluminum pipes are cut to meet exact specifications. Will also be trained on bending process of aluminum.
  • Handle aluminum pipes and take them through a thorough cleaning process according to exact specifications. Each piece must be handled with care due to the high cost.
  • Perform testing and inspections, including leak testing.
Essential Skills
  • Good work tenure (no jumpy resumes)
  • High level of attention to detail / small parts assembly or machining experience
  • GED or Diploma
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Machine Shop experience is a plus
  • Experience with brazing, inspection, soldering, assembly, and machine operation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00
