Job Summary
Crown Cork & Seal (USA), Inc. is a global leader in packaging products for consumer goods, and we are seeking an experienced Assembly Line Technician to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the closure production lines, conducting quality checks, and performing manual machine maintenance.

About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity for growth and promotion within our company. As an Assembly Line Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining equipment, conducting quality checks, and reacting to quality issues. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work with all departments will be valuable assets to our team. You will also be expected to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy, multitask effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
* Set up and maintain equipment to ensure smooth production operations
* Conduct quality checks and respond to quality issues promptly
* Perform manual machine maintenance to prevent downtime and optimize production
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and departments to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements & Skillsets
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong mechanical aptitude, including experience working with pulleys, conveyors, and motors. You should be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and work up to 12-hour shifts, days, nights, and weekends. Additionally, you must be committed to fully complying with OSHA safety rules and regulations and committed to quality standards.
