Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Nantucket, MA. This full-time role involves designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing support to individuals with autism and other behavioral disorders, and collaborating with families and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients.
  • Conduct assessments to determine client needs and progress.
  • Provide direct therapy and behavioral support to individuals.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze data to adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of client progress.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
