Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • 3+ years as General Manager in QSR/fast casual restaurants
  • High Energy Leader
  • Open to feedback, and always seeking growth for themselves and the team
  • Problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence to handle diverse situations
  • Great customer service skills and care for team members, guests
