School Paraprofessional Opportunity

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Paraprofessional in Tempe, AZ for the upcoming school year. This is a wonderful school district, with a welcoming and supportive team environment.

The selected candidate will be hired on as a full time contracted employee through ProCare Therapy. A school year contract will be awarded for you to complete.

Job Description

  • Full time
  • You will be working in 1:1 setting. You must have moderate to severe experience.
  • You will assist the teacher with daily tasks, run lessons as monitored by the teacher, monitor recess and lunch activities.
  • You will assist with toileting and lifting/carrying students.
  • You must be comfortable working with students with mild to severedisabilities.
  • You will provide a supportive learning environment for students with autism and/or emotionalbehavioraldisorders.
  • You will work with your assigned studentto help facilitate their learning experience throughout the day.

Job Requirements

  • Strong background in education and working with students with disabilities
  • AZ Clearances

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
