About the Role: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Mail Clerk for our client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's mailroom and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments.
Prepare outgoing mail and packages, including labeling and postage.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and copiers.
Ensure the mailroom is clean, organized, and secure.
Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and external clients.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a mailroom or administrative role preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency with mailroom equipment and basic computer applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage ($16 - $19 per hour).
