We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role primarily involves providing excellent customer service, handling membership renewals, answering queries, and performing data entry tasks in a high-volume call center environment.


Responsibilities:


• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving problems effectively

• Handle membership renewals, ensuring each process is completed accurately and in a timely manner

• Answer a high volume of calls daily, providing detailed information and assistance to callers

• Perform data entry tasks, recording details of customer conversations and interactions

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process credit applications efficiently

• Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and prohibited cell phone use

• Work in a business casual dress environment, adhering to company dress code policies

• Utilize MS Word and MS Excel for data management and reporting


• Proven experience in Customer Service roles, preferably in a call center environment
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong skills in Data Entry, including numeric data entry
• Basic knowledge of office operations and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle customer queries promptly and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required
• High school diploma or equivalent education level.
