Logistics Coordinator

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will collaborate with one other team member to manage the Shipping and Receiving Department, with a primary focus on receiving. Responsibilities include working with carriers such as FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and UPS to receive products, verify parts and materials for accuracy (part numbers, quantities, etc.), and input data into SAP before organizing items in the warehouse. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and willing to work 40 to 50 hours a week, with occasional peaks up to 60 hours a week.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in shipping and receiving
- Regular use of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Sage
- Experience with inventory control, counting, FIFO, and auditing
