Job DescriptionJob Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment, including belt changes, gear boxes, and other mechanical components.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 3-phase motors, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), relays, and contractors.
  • Work with Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Fanuc controls and systems.
  • Understand and work with pneumatic systems, including air pressure, valves, and cylinders.
  • Assist with automation efforts and the integration of new technologies.
  • Maintain and repair conveyor belts and sprockets.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements and automation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with robotics, PLCs, and automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Fanuc systems.
  • Proficiency in electrical systems, including 3-phase motors, VFDs, relays, and contractors.
  • Experience with pneumatic systems and basic mechanical maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with belt changes, gear boxes, and conveyor systems.
  • Willingness to work the 3rd shift (PM Crew) and adapt to varying production demands.
  • Basic welding skills or willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Understanding of automation challenges and solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of welding and conveyor belt systems.
