Job Description

We are seeking two production team members for our East Moline, IL location. The warehouse worker will be responsible for completing various tasks and projects throughout the warehouse, including working in departments such as the the person Cell, Saw Operator, Receiving, Shipping, and fulfilling work orders. Primarily, you will be pulling copper tubing/pipe for shipments to customers like Menards, Lowes, and Home Depot. Before shipping, the wire needs to be covered with protective tubing and boxed/shipped safely and correctly.

Responsibilities
  • Move pipe to pick locations
  • Pull the person orders
  • Bar code and/or label pipe
  • Bundle and wrap pipe
  • Cut pipe according to cut sheets
  • Segregate and identify scrap
  • Wrap product for shipment
  • Unload trucks when necessary
  • Load outbound shipments

Why Work Here?

Enjoy first shift hours from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. This role offers an opportunity to grow within the company with minimal warehouse experience. Once trained and cross-trained (usually within 1-3 weeks depending on the individual), you will be eligible for production incentives, including an additional $2.00/hour for Tier 1 and $3.00/hour for Tier 2.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate controlled and can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The noise level varies from quiet to moderate and, at times, loud depending on specific department activities and tool usage.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00
