We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for managing and processing containers and racks that house various parts and products. Our East Moline location primarily handles racks, while our Davenport location deals with a mixture of racks and totes. This position offers steady work, opportunities to learn new skills, and potential for pay raises upon forklift training completion.
Responsibilities- Operate washing machines to clean and process plastic totes, including loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and scanning.
- Work in process lanes to remove manufacturer tags from containers and racks, and use hand-scanners to process incoming totes and racks.
- Repair large plastic containers using hand drills and screwdrivers, ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently.
- Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, read paperwork, and ensure correct containers are being shipped. Occasionally dismount the forklift as required.

We offer paid holidays after 30 days, steady work, and the chance to learn forklift operation, which comes with an immediate pay raise upon training completion. We also provide a supportive environment that understands missed time and is willing to give multiple chances to hardworking employees.
Work EnvironmentOur new warehouse was built in 2012 to accommodate expansion from the Davenport facility. It is a fast-paced work environment, maintained with regular sweeping. Temperatures range from 50+ degrees in the winter to warmer conditions in the summer. The facility employs 60 workers and 4 supervisors, with 15-25 employees per shift. Shift options include: 1st shift (6:00am – 2:30pm, M-F), 1st shift 10-hour support (6:00am – 4:30pm, M-F), 1st shift Saturday support (6:00am – 2:30pm), 2nd shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm, M-F), 2nd shift 10-hour support (2:00pm – 12:30am, M-F), 2nd shift Saturday support (2:00pm – 10:30pm), 3rd shift regular schedule (9:30pm – 6:00am, Sun-Th), 3rd shift 10-hour support (7:30pm – 6:00am, Sun-Th), and 3rd shift Saturday support (9:30pm – 6:00am). Note: First day training/orientation will be in East Moline at 7am, regardless of the final work location.
