Research and Development company in Windham, CT looking for talented Lab Technician to

join their teams. This is an opportunity that offers competitive benefits, great pay, and room for growth.

Lab Technician Description:

  • Process SPF chicken embryos, cell cultures, and microbial cultures;
  • produces antigens and reagents; prepare buffers, media, and solutions.
  • Prepare media, buffers, and solutions
  • Complete internal documentation
  • Perform housekeeping activities, including waste disposal and glassware preparation

Skills:

Laboratory, fume hood, Biology, Microbiology, aseptic technique, cleanroom, pipetting, autoclave

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.)
  • Experience: 1-2 years related experience and/or training.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
