Senior Tax Associate Benefits and Compensation

Senior Tax Accountant Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • CPA preferred (State of TN), but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in an accounting firm.
  • Strong communication skills, work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, and provide expert consultation on tax-related matters for corporations.
  • Implement tax and compliance strategies, offering tailored solutions to clients.
  • Mentor junior tax associates, contributing to their professional development and growth.
