LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Defense Attorney to join our client’s dynamic team in their Berkeley Heights, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and be admitted to practice in New Jersey. This role requires a professional who can handle all aspects of litigation, work collaboratively within a team, and independently manage their caseload. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and legal advice.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation defense.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Compensation:
  • Salary range is $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience.
  • This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, benefits may include Health, Dental Vision, 401K, and PTO.
