We are looking for a driven Sales Assistant to join our team immediately. The Sales Assistant will support a top-producing Recruiting team located in Westwood, California. This role requires someone who is extremely organized and has excellent follow up skills. You will interact with clients and temporary staff members, and you must have excellent customer service skills. This role requires you to be in the office 2-3 days per week.


Responsibilities:


• Act as the initial point of contact for all incoming phone calls and office visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

• Efficiently process and coordinate necessary paperwork and testing for candidates.

• Provide comprehensive support to a team of professionals, including scheduling interviews, updating candidate information in our CRM, and assisting with the creation of sales reports.

• Execute assigned support functions with integrity and within given time frames, demonstrating effective organization and prioritization of tasks.

• Show a willingness to work collaboratively with team members to accomplish tasks and projects.

• Responsibly monitor and manage multiple agendas, demonstrating an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Initiate appropriate action to address divisional needs, actively contributing to the resolution of challenges.

• Manage the ordering of business cards and marketing materials as needed.

• Handle vendor and property management calls, expense reports, and other tasks as assigned, supporting the Branch Manager.

• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Demonstrable basic office skills
• Efficient in handling administrative tasks
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
