Job Description

Oversee and manage multiple systems, projects, and their development both onsite and remotely. Maintain and create documentation for processes and practices. Hire, train, and develop personnel. Delegate authority to optimize the use of company assets. Schedule staff time and equipment use for material handling, storage, logistics, manufacturing, maintenance, and safety, quality, and compliance work. Foster efficient teamwork and productivity to achieve excellent operational results. Collaborate with other departments to ensure required outcomes, cooperation, and efficiency. Refine processes, procedures, systems, and policies, promoting a continuous improvement ethos. Implement adjustments as needed. Maintain up-to-date records and data assemblies for legal and practical purposes. Enhance relationships with external companies. Regularly update the Company President on issues. Introduce process improvement measures and present recommendations to management. Plan and execute enhancements in safety, efficiency, and productivity. Manage and supervise warehouse, transportation, and food production operations. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, procedures, and federal and state regulations. Facilitate communication within the management team. Maintain effective equipment maintenance programs. Develop and capture metrics data showing productivity and quality results. Determine personnel and equipment requirements for production work. Ensure safety standards are met, monitoring OSHA and DOT standards. Maintain security procedures and policies. Conduct accurate and efficient weekly cycle-counts and quarterly inventories. Investigate discrepancies to keep the inventory system accurate. Manage budgets and participate in staff relationship management with vendors.
