Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations Support: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including daily activities, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute merchandise ordering, stocking, and stockroom organization, ensuring a well-stocked and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving and processing merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support hourly associates, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment, including the stockroom and sales floor.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports, inventory reports, and other data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 50lbs, with frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
