Essential Job Functions:

The Print Analysis team is an established organization that supports various Project Engineering activities, capable of providing significant value to customers by helping drive projects to closure. Working alongside chemical engineers, material science engineers, structural engineers, and design engineers, the Project Engineering team facilitates engineering project success, helping meet schedules and major milestone deadlines. Our mission is to provide full engineering solutions to customers, and be the full start-to-finish partner for each product’s life cycle.

Work Experience:

  • Create complete technical data packages including assembly, detail level components, specs, castings/forgings, etc.
  • Data packages are to be stored electronically, reviewed for classification and sent through TEXPORT (or equivalent) approval for release to supply base.
  • Retrieve top level blue prints and identify / pull all supporting documentation (Detail Drawings, Specifications, Gerber Files, Vendor Items, etc.) to create a comprehensive technical quote package of information.
  • Upon request, organize part prints/folders and supporting documentation into file structure defined by customer.
  • Review all prints and supporting documentation for classification status & stamp.
  • Assemble all associated documents with their respective top level assembly drawings in a data package for distribution.
  • Prepare for TEXPORT (or other equivalent) submittal on behalf of Collins contact for export to Collins determined supply base.
  • Upon TEXPORT approval, data packages will be transferred back to Collins or uploaded to supplier MFT folders based on customer instruction.
  • Assist in any additional support as needed.
