Job Description

This position involves pick, pack, and shipping tasks. Candidates will receive their orders in the morning and navigate through the warehouse to complete their tasks. Responsibilities may include packaging, labeling, and operating a sit-down forklift. Training will be provided if necessary, and higher pay is available for candidates with more experience. The company specializes in power and fluid systems, offering an opportunity to work hands-on with new power systems. The warehouse is well-ventilated and has a great culture. This is a fast-paced role with the opportunity to make consistent hours.

• 1st Shift Hours: Our client offers flexible start times between 7:00am and 9:00am (Must work Monday through Friday, 8-hours a day).
  • Candidates must be consistent with their start times.
• Comp. Range: $20.00-$22.00/per hour (depends on experience) (paid weekly)

Qualifications:

• 6 months - 1 year of warehouse experience, required.
• Previous experience utilizing a hand-held RF scan gun, required.
• Must have a basic understanding of hand tools and shop tools.
• Must be able to stand on your feet 96.00%-100.00% of the work day.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. (they are not doing heavy lifting ALL DAY, this is just a necessary physical requirement).
• Must hold a valid drivers license.
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent

• This is a contract-to-hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

• This is a fully on-site position in SAVAGE, Minnesota.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
