Compensation & Benefits:
- 1099 Contract Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours

- Hourly Rate: $30-$40(depending on district budget and candidate experience)
- Access to Clinical/Technical Support Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Tailored Instruction: Design and adapt lessons for diverse student needs and learning styles, utilizing creative methods to support academic and social growth.
- IEP Development and Management: Create and regularly update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with specific goals and strategies, particularly focusing on transition planning.
- Foster Behavioral and Emotional Skills: Implement effective strategies to promote a positive learning environment, helping students enhance their social skills and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with Educational Professionals: Partner with teachers, specialists, and families to provide a unified educational experience, actively participating in meetings and maintaining ongoing communication.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Special Education
- Active Ohio Intervention Specialistlicense and teaching certificate
- At least 2 years of experience in an educational setting
- Preferred experience with virtual teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (no Chromebooks or tablets)
Interview Process:
- Initial Screening: Quick 10-15 minute call with a VocoVision Recruiter
- Virtual Interview: 20-30 minute discussion with the school district
- Offer: Usually extended within 24-48 hours post-interview
