Production Worker

This company is a large manufacturing facility that primarily makes magnetic wire used for several industries, with a focus on the automotive sector. They also serve industries such as residential and commercial appliances, energy, and industrial. Production workers daily responsibilities will include:
- Machine operating, storing finished products in the warehouse, performing quality inspections, and welding.
- Most machines are automated, and candidates will ensure they operate correctly according to customer specifications.
- Forklift certification is provided, though prior experience or certification is a plus. Forklift operation will constitute about 15% of the job.
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; anything heavier will be moved using an overhead crane or forklift.
- Safety is a top priority and will be a major focus during performance evaluations.
Shift & Pay
- 8AM - 8PM on a 2/2/3 schedule - $20.65
- 8PM - 8AM on a 2/2/3 schedule - $21.65
Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Franklin, Indiana.
Work EnvironmentThis facility is very clean but can get loud and hot in some areas depending on the department. The facility is expanding, with plans to build additional warehouse space and install new production lines.About Aerotek:
