We are offering a contract position as Loan Coordinator with one of our clients based in Beaverton, Oregon. The role revolves around facilitating the loan process, ensuring compliance with lending guidelines, and providing administrative support. This entails interacting with various stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with document procedures.


Responsibilities:


• Review files for completeness, checking that all documents, forms, certifications, and required information is accounted for.

• Maintain accurate records of customer applications and ensure they are processed efficiently.

• Proofread forms and compare to database information to correct any discrepancies and follow up on missing information as needed.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for administrative tasks such as correspondence, data entry, and document management.

• Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Use organizational skills and calendar reminders to manage tasks and follow-ups effectively.

• 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Strong customer service skills

• Accuracy and speed in data entry tasks

• Familiarity with document management processes

• Knowledge in contract administration

• Demonstrable administrative skills

• Understanding of loan administration processes
