Position Overview:

• Role: Full-Time School Psychologist
• Caseload: K-12
• Key Responsibilities:
• • Assist/Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret findings related to cognitive, behavioral, mental health, and social/emotional concerns
  • Assist/Develop and implement interventions, including counseling, social skills training, behavior supports, and crisis response
  • Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to address learning and behavior needs
  • Provide consultation and planning support for student learning and behavioral challenges
  • 600 hr. supervised internship

What Were Looking For:

• Education:
  • Preliminary psych certificate
  • School Psychology Specialists Degree (or its equivalent) in school psychology from an institution with an approved program
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of community health resources and special education regulations

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: Competitive pay of $50-$65

Interview Process:

1. Screening Call: 10-15 minutes with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
2. Virtual Interview: 20-30 minutes with the School District
3. Offer: Typically extended within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
