About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a background in managing financial operations in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This role is essential in overseeing financial reporting, ensuring budget accuracy, and supporting effective client relations through organized accounting practices. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
-Financial Oversight: Prepare and review monthly reports, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
-Budget Management: Assist in monitoring departmental budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
-Client Communication: Address client inquiries professionally and support the team in providing quality service.
-Operational Coordination: Facilitate efficient accounting workflows, collaborating across departments to improve accuracy and support client needs.
-Policy Adherence: Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure the handling of sensitive information is consistent with company standards.

Qualifications
-High School Diploma required; further education in Accounting or Business is a plus.
-3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally within property or client service industries.
-Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and industry-specific software.
-Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
