As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing spreadsheets to support key business functions. Your role will be critical in ensuring that data is organized efficiently and accurately, and that the insights derived from that data drive decisions across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain complex spreadsheets and data models for various teams, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
- Automate data processes and workflows to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Perform data analysis, identifying trends, generating reports, and providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve spreadsheet-related issues, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Ensure that spreadsheets are properly formatted, structured, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve current systems for data storage and presentation, ensuring the integrity of data.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Spreadsheet Specialist, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization).
- Experience with other spreadsheet software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills.
