Job Description

We specialize in manufacturing high-end stainless steel kitchen appliances, including ovens, grills, toaster ovens, microwaves, and more. We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join our team and contribute to the production of top-quality products.

Responsibilities
  • Each assembler will be assigned to a line with rotations within the line.
  • Assemble parts per work instruction into high-quality products utilizing tools and fixtures.
  • Work with power tools to perform sub-assemblies.
  • Handle small parts for hand assembly.
  • Utilize test equipment to ensure the product is assembled correctly per quality expectations and other standards.
  • Visually inspect parts and products for defects such as scratches, dents, slugs, pinched wires, etc.
  • Use workstation computer to read schedules, match parts to work orders, view work instructions, scan parts into inventory software, etc.
Essential Skills
  • 6 months+ of assembly experience.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Skills in quality inspection.
  • Experience in packing.
  • Experience in machine operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.

Work Environment

1st shift with staggered start times: 5:15am – 1:15pm and 5:30am – 1:30pm, Monday to Friday. The facility is climate-controlled, very large, and clean, ensuring a comfortable work environment. Pay starts at $17.50/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50
