Position Overview
This position bines leadership, clinical knowledge, and operational management. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy activities, mentor staff, ensure regulatory pliance, and deliver exceptional patient care, including immunization services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register with the state board of pharmacy as the supervising pharmacist.
  • Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations, including budgeting, scheduling, inventory, and payroll.
  • Lead and train pharmacy staff while ensuring pliance with policies and regulations.
  • Drive business development efforts within the munity and store.
  • Deliver immunization services and manage patient-centered programs, such as MTM and wellness initiatives.
  • Counsel patients and healthcare professionals on medication therapies, including dosages and potential interactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and legally pliant workspace.
  • Monitor and improve patient safety through continuous quality improvement efforts.

Ideal Candidate

  • Holds an active New York Pharmacist License.
  • Certified to administer Immunizations (required).
  • fortable and experienced in giving all vaccines (required).
  • Previous Pharmacy Manager experience (preferred).

  • petitive hourly pay: $52$80/hour, based on experience.
