Compensation and Benefits Package

This full-time role offers:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $15.00-$25.50, complemented by weekly commission opportunities
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, employee discounts, and flexible scheduling

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum age of 18 years
  • Prior retail or sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets
