Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Columbus, NE
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Overview:
Were looking for a friendly and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Columbus, NE. In this role, youll support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy services to help clients enhance their communication abilities. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to implement therapy plans and activities.
  • Assist in conducting screenings and support during assessments as needed.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
  • Keep accurate records of client progress and document sessions effectively.
  • Work together with families and other professionals to address client needs.
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for treatment planning.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as an SLPA (if required).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well with a team.
  • Experience in a clinical or educational setting is a plus, but not essential.
