Job Description

We are seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Clerks with a extensive experience in material handling and inventory control.

  • Recording shipment data
  • Receiving, unpacking materials/supplies and reporting damages and discrepancies for accounting
  • Completing shipping and receiving reports
  • Arrange transfer of materials to meet production schedules; examine material to verify type specified for current project; and compute amount of material needed for specific job orders
  • Determines method of shipment and prepares bills, invoices and other shipping documents
  • Receives merchandise - checks and signs delivery slips, and assists with unloading as necessary
  • Inspects and verifies incoming goods against invoices or other documents, records shortages and rejects damaged products
  • Organizes distribution and shipping of merchandise. Makes necessary verifications against documents, unpacks and routes goods to appropriate storage areas.
  • Maintains internal record-keeping systems
  • Contacts resource people for various information. Contacts transport companies and suppliers in order to expedite, trace or return merchandise that does not conform to specifications or purchase orders.
  • Maintaining and updating records
  • Counting materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock
