Production Team Lead

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Team Lead and will play a crucial role in supporting and leading team members to meet production schedules. This role involves facilitating the safe and productive manufacture of high-quality products and driving continuous improvement in a Lean manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as a support resource for designated work area and assigned shift.
- Lead team members to meet production schedules.
- Facilitate the safe and productive manufacture of high-quality products.
- Effectively drive and maintain the standardized work process.
- Train team members in proper methods.
- Help the team succeed in an environment based on KPIs, continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and 5-S.
- Problem-solving, coaching, and eliminating waste by responding to abnormalities.
- Spend approximately 95% of scheduled production time on the shop floor.
- 3-5 years of team lead experience.
- Troubleshooting.
- Supervision.

- Hands-on team lead experience.
- Ability to lead and drive a team culture.
- Strong communication skills and ability to escalate issues to management.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand on feet for the entire duration of the shift.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $52000.00
