We are looking for a skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Team Lead to join our team at The TJX Companies, Inc.

About the Role

This is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse team, ensuring efficient and safe production while meeting or exceeding daily requirements. As a key member of our distribution center, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality service levels, ensuring quality standards, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct warehouse teams to achieve daily productivity targets and meet performance expectations
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and employee development
  • BUILD effective relationships with business partners, including management, union representatives, and human resources
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution center environment
  • Prior experience managing diverse teams of 20+ associates
  • High school diploma required, college preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication, coaching, and development skills
  • Ability to provide feedback and develop other leaders
