As a One-to-One Paraprofessional, you will be a crucial part of this mission, providing individualized support to a specific student with unique behavioral and emotional needs, ultimately contributing to their overall success and development.
Position Overview:- Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a student's life by providing personalized support and guidance. You will work closely with one student, addressing their specific needs and helping them succeed academically and socially. Key Responsibilities:- Provide Individualized Support: Offer one-on-one assistance to the student with behavioral and emotional challenges, implementing tailored strategies and interventions.
- Collaborate with Educators and Staff: Work closely with the students teachers, counselors, and other school personnel to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
- Implement and Monitor Support Plans: Assist in executing individualized support and intervention plans, tracking progress, and providing feedback on their effectiveness.
- Document Progress: Maintain detailed records of the student's behavioral and emotional progress, preparing reports, and communicating insights with educators and parents.
- Facilitate Positive Development: Support the students social skills and emotional growth, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Screening Call: Begin with a 10-15 minute conversation with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter to discuss your qualifications for the role.
- Resume Review: Your application will be reviewed carefully by our team.
- Offer: An offer is typically extended within 24 hours following the resume review.
