Sales Manager Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in residential construction / home improvement sales
  • 1-2 years in a sales team leadership role
  • Developing your own client portfolio while supporting your teams portfolio growth
  • Traveling between offices and clients daily
  • Growing the NC territory and sales team
  • Researching the market to enhance teams results
  • Train and develop your sales team to continue growth in market share
