Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will work with precision and accuracy to produce high-quality products. You will interpret blueprints, set up machines according to specifications, and monitor the machining process for any issues or defects. You will also be responsible for ensuring the machines are properly maintained and troubleshooting any errors or malfunctions that may occur.

Weekend Shift Friday - Sunday 6:00AM - 6:00PM
- Overtime optional on Thursdays

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to specifications
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine settings and sequences
  • Monitor the machining process to ensure products are produced to specifications
  • Inspect finished products for defects or issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any errors or malfunctions that may occur
  • Maintain and clean machines regularly to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator
  • Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques
  • Strong knowledge of materials used in machining processes
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
