Job Description

·       Process the molds safely and efficiently according to the production schedule to ensure

that a good quality part is being produced.

·       Troubleshoot and make process adjustments.

·       Perform material/color changes efficiently according to the production schedule.

·       Maintaining material/color levels on each machine so there is no stopping of production.

·       Verifying that each machine is producing the correct part, with the correct color and material.

·       Ensuring quality parts are manufactured following quality practices, including but not limited to the visual inspection of products.

·      Document process settings and trends.

·      Develop and amend procedures.

·     Maintaining production requirements safely and efficiently.

·     Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

·     Report all accidents or near misses.

·     Adheres to all environmental and quality standards.

 

Pay Rate

·   Pay will range from $26.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience

 

Hours

·  Training will be on 1st shift Monday-Friday

·    Work schedule will be 7:00am-7:00pm, 2-2-3 rotation
