Job Title: Payroll Documentation Specialist

Location: Nashville, TN (Donelson area)

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in documenting payroll procedures and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payroll processes. In this role, you will ensure that our payroll operations are efficient, compliant, and well-documented.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain comprehensive payroll documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and training materials.

· Document payroll procedures and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

· Collaborate with payroll, HR, and finance teams to gather information and document payroll processes.

· Conduct regular reviews and updates of payroll documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.

· Provide training and support to payroll staff on documented procedures and SOPs.

· Assist in the preparation of payroll audits and compliance reports.

· Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred NOT required)

· Proven experience in documenting payroll procedures and creating SOPs.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in payroll software (ADP platforms preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

· Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.

Benefits:

· Pay Rate $27-33/hr

Pay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
