Job Description

The CNC Operator is responsible for ensuring production efficiency and maintaining quality standards by reporting daily to the CNC Supervisor, adhering to production goals, and completing all required documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP). The role involves promptly identifying and communicating any production issues to the Lead or Supervisor, requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Hours

1st Shift: 6:00AM - 4:30PM

2nd Shift: 4:15PM - 2:45AM

4/10 Schedule

Pay

$19.00 - $20.00

Job Duties

  • Read and interpret both written and oral instructions accurately to perform tasks effectively.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all company policies, including safety protocols and Good Documentation Practices (GDP), on a daily basis.
  • Utilize basic measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, drop gauges, deltronic pins, gauge blocks, and specialty micrometers to ensure precision and accuracy in operations.
  • Load and unload parts into machines efficiently and correctly, ensuring the workflow meets production standards.
  • Record and document information accurately on check sheets and travelers to track production processes and quality assurance.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work full shifts standing up.
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
