We are offering a part time contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant based in Hamburg, New York. The selected candidate will play a key role in our team, handling a variety of tasks such as managing customer inquiries, organizing office supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements. This role requires a hands-on approach and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and answer inbound calls and emails

• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve them promptly

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records

• Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint to create and manage documents

• Organize and maintain office supplies inventory

• Coordinate travel arrangements including booking hotels, rental cars, and flights for all employees

• Assist in preparing and staging equipment for upcoming service and projects

• Take over phone duties during lunch hours and break

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Experience with data entry tasks and maintaining data accuracy

• Comfortable with email correspondence and professional communication

• Capable of scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Office Administration or relevant field is a plus.
