LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Administrative Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our client's company. Located in Lakeside, this pivotal role combines receptionist duties with administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth, managing inquiries both in-person and over the phone

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

  • Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs

  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information


Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a professional setting

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude


Working Hours:

  • Monday-Friday

  • 40 hours per week

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST


Details:

  • Onsite

  • Contract to hire

  • Located in Lakeside, San Diego

  • Compensation: $23.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)
