LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Administrative Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our client's company. Located in Lakeside, this pivotal role combines receptionist duties with administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth, managing inquiries both in-person and over the phone
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a professional setting
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation: $23.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)
