Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth, managing inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs.

Requirements
