Duration: 18 months with potential for extension or full-time conversion

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Change Delivery fortune 500 financial and banking organization, leading the rollout of nCino across multiple business units in 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the delivery of the nCino program across various business units.
Drive stakeholder engagement and foster collaboration to ensure smooth implementation.
Manage timelines, resources, and risks effectively to meet business goals.
Facilitate change management and user adoption processes to ensure long-term success.
Work with cross-functional teams to align nCino implementation with business objectives.
Oversee the use of Confluence and Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate project updates.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a financial service or banking organization as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role, ideally in large-scale transformation programs.
Strong consulting experience, with the ability to engage stakeholders, understand business needs, and guide teams to solutions.
Experience with nCino, Confluence, and Jira is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and lead teams through ambiguity.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing program risk
