Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the activation and deactivation of accounts within Active Directory
• Provide deskside support to resolve any issues faced by non-technical end-users
• Contribute to the maintenance of org. charts and email distribution lists in Active Directory
• Offer comprehensive desktop support to our internal team
• Handle desktop hardware and ensure its proper functioning
• Oversee the desktop imaging process and ensure its accuracy
• Manage a ticketing system effectively to track and resolve issues.• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Desktop Support Level I role or similar position
• Demonstrated proficiency in Active Directory
• Proven experience in Deskside Support
• Familiarity with Desktop Hardware, including setup and troubleshooting
• Experience in Desktop Imaging processes and techniques
• Proficiency in Desktop Support, including problem-solving and technical assistance
• Familiarity with Ticketing System, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
• Must be able to work in the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
