Salary: $30 to $40+ per hour (Competitive Rate)

As an Intervention Specialist in Warrensville Heights, you will play a pivotal role in providing individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring each student receives the resources they require to thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:- Individualized Support: Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students.
- Tailored Instruction: Deliver direct academic support, modifications, and accommodations to students with learning challenges.
- Collaborative Approach: Partner with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and other specialists to create an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
- Monitor Student Progress: Regularly assess and track student progress, offering feedback and adjusting interventions to optimize learning outcomes.
- Behavioral Support: Implement positive behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and effective classroom atmosphere.
- Advocacy and Growth: Advocate for students educational rights while fostering their personal and academic growth.
